Company «OMAKS International» LTD was promoted in 1997 уеar. Raw material for creation of hoses of panty from the beginning was left from Italy, and then in Ukraine it was sewn together, dyed and packed. A next step was become by opening of own workshop on making of hoses of panty. A production was founded on the base of former factory «Vesta» (Lvov area Chervonograd).

The start of new production required careful preparation: an equipment was purchased, a personnel passed studies. And the new trade mark of «Magic Lady» was registered in March, 1998. Given a trade mark is positioned in steward segment.
